Calculate your carbon footprint now

and offset this through old-growth forest protection

Are you wondering what impact you have on the climate?

Whether you’re a business, a private individual, planning a trip or organising an event — we’ve developed seven specialised CO2 calculators that are specifically tailored to the needs of different areas of life. Three calculators are currently available (Personal, Office & Healthcare), with the others to be added gradually over the coming weeks.

You can use these to calculate your carbon footprint for free.

And afterwards, you can offset your footprint by protecting the world’s most biodiverse rainforest – our planet’s climate saviour.

Our CO2 calculators

Old-growth forests are home to a vast array of biodiversity and are essential for species conservation and climate stability. Once destroyed, they are lost forever. We purchase ecologically valuable wilderness areas and protect them in the long term.

The Forest: A Climate Saviour

Offsetting through old-growth forest protection
Old-growth forests are true saviours of the climate. Not only do they store huge amounts of CO2, but they also cool the surrounding area, ensure stable rainfall and purify the air. What’s more, they provide a habitat for an enormous variety of species!

Why choose our computers?

Use our specialised calculators to work out the exact carbon footprint of your premises.

  1. Transparent & credible

We use only publicly available data for our calculations and set out our calculation methodology in a transparent and verifiable manner.

  2. Thoroughly

The factors were selected on the basis of numerous quality criteria drawn from relevant academic sources. The factors are regularly updated, optimised and expanded.

  3. Holistic

Our CO2 calculation covers the entire life cycle: from raw material extraction through to manufacturing and disposal – not just direct emissions such as those from petrol combustion.

We calculate using CO2 equivalents and also take other greenhouse gases, such as methane, into account.
